You May Also Like
Yes—any team-member linked to the delivery location may edit an order until 5 PM (ET) on the business day before delivery. Simply open the order in the Current Order section, adjust items, and click Update Order.
Step-by-step:- Go to Current Order on your DASHBOARD (Home Page).
- Click Edit Order. The cart drawer opens with all current items.
- Change quantities or remove items listed.
- Add items by clicking + Add More Items. A mini catalog will appear with all items your resaurant currently orders along with "You May Also Like items", when your are ready press Update Order.
The system emails an amendment notice to all authorised users for that location. The name of the person who made the change appears in the Email Notification and the Current Order panel updates immediately, and is recorded in the Previous Deliveries history once the order is fulfilled.
After the 3 PM cut-off?
You may still place your order but all items may not be deliveried. Why is this? All items are made to order.
Everything delivered is fresh from our bakery. If you order late we more than likely will not have it to deliver.
In some cases, we may have extra from retail orders and will then have it to deliver.
Loyalty Rewards Overview
Sweetz Loyalty Rewards are earned based on your ordering consistency and are tracked by restaurant location. As you place qualifying orders on time, you earn points that move you through tiers. Each tier unlocks a credit that can be applied to a future invoice.
How you earn points
- On-time order placed = +250 points
- Points are calculated per restaurant location (each location earns independently).
- Points count toward your current 90-day cycle.
Tiers and credits
As your points increase during the cycle, you unlock tier credits. Your current tier and cycle dates are shown in the Loyalty Rewards tab.
- Tier 1 (250 points) — earns a loyalty credit
- Tier 2 (500 points) — earns a loyalty credit
- Tier 3 (750 points) — earns a loyalty credit
- Tier 4 (1000 points) — earns a loyalty credit
How credits are applied
- If you have an available credit, your dashboard will show a note like: “This amount will be applied as a credit on your next Sweetz invoice.”
- Once the credit has been used, you will see: “Your earned loyalty credit for this tier has been fully applied.”
- Credits are applied as a line-item credit on your invoice and reduce the amount due for that invoice.
The 90-day cycle
- Each restaurant location runs on a rolling 90-day cycle.
- Your dashboard shows your Cycle Start and Cycle End dates.
- When a cycle ends, points reset for the next cycle and you begin earning toward new tier credits again.
Important notes
- Loyalty tracking is designed to reward consistent, on-time ordering.
- If you manage multiple locations, check the Loyalty tab for each location’s progress and cycle window.
Location changes help us route deliveries correctly. You have two options:
- Self-service: In the top-bar dropdown choose Settings › Delivery Defaults. choose your location you wish to cahnge to, then click Save Changes. Your location is then updated. You can verify this buy checking the location in the User Menu @ the top right of the page.

Cart Review During Checkout: The checkout process will show what
location you are ordering for right above the items in your cart. If you notice the
location doesn't match your current location you are placing an order for you can
change the location there.
*Important*
If you choose a different location at Checkout you will switch to that location until you change it in your settings or switching while placing another order in Checkout.
The You May Also Like section suggests new or seasonal products that complement your usual order history. To add one of these items:
- Select the desired quantity with the + / – stepper.
- The item moves into your active cart automatically.
- When you click place order in the Current Order section or after adding Quick Reorder items and clicking Review Order the items will be in your cart for purchase.
If you’re building an order via Quick ReOrder, you can mix recommended items in the same session—just add them before you click Review Order.
- If your cart is below the threshold, the View Cart button remains disabled and shows how many more cases are needed.
- If you have reached the order minimum there will be a green check mark animation and the View Cart button will turn green signifying you may proceed with your order.
