Create your account

(2–3 minutes)
  1. Open the Wholesale Login page and choose Create your account.
  2. Enter your work email, password, first/last name, and mobile.
  3. Select your Restaurant and Location from the list.
  4. Tap Create Account.

Email verification (required): We send a message to your email. Click Verify, then sign in.

OTP / Two-Step (optional, recommended): OTP = One-Time Passcode (6 digits). You’ll use OTP only after turning on 2-Step Verification in Settings. With 2-Step on, each sign-in asks for a code sent to your email. You can choose “Trust this device for 30 days” on secure, personal work devices.

Home & starting an order

Start from the Current Order card

  • Tap New Order (or Order) on the Current Order card.
  • Go to your menu with items specific to your restaurant and location.
  • Minimums: Some locations require a minimum number of items before you can continue; you’ll see how many are left (e.g., “Add 2 more items”).

Shortcuts on Home

  • Quick Re-Order: Tap + to add; you’ll see “Added to cart.”
  • You May Also Like: Suggested add-ons. Same + action.
  • Both feed the same cart as the menu. After meeting the minimum, tap Review Order.
  • If Review Order is disabled, you either have an upcoming order or haven’t met the minimum (the message explains which).

Place the order

(Review/Checkout)
  1. On Review/Checkout, confirm items and quantities.
  2. Choose the delivery day (typically Tuesday or Friday).

    No same-day deliveries

    Orders placed before the cut-off go to the next available delivery day.

    Delivery days: Tuesday and Friday.

  3. Tap Submit Order. You’ll see on-screen confirmation and receive a confirmation email.

After you place an order

  • Statuses: Received → In-Transit → Delivered.
  • Home Current Order shows your delivery date and a progress bar.
  • Edits: Usually allowed until the business day before delivery (around 5 PM ET)—open the order drawer on Home, adjust, then tap Update.
  • Emails keep you posted: placed, updated, out for delivery, delivered.

My Orders

(find, filter, export)
  • Search by order # or location.
  • Filter by date range.
  • Sort newest/oldest.
  • Export CSV for spreadsheets or accounting.
  • Tap any order card to open the details drawer (items, totals, status timeline).

Settings

(first-run checks)
  • Default Location: Set the location you order for most.
  • Notifications: Keep email (and SMS if available) on for confirmations and delivery updates.
  • Two-Step Verification (OTP): Enable for a 6-digit code at sign-in. Use Trust this device for 30 days only on secure, personal work devices.
  • Sessions & Sign-Out: If you logged in on a shared device, sign out there or end other sessions from Settings.

Common roadblocks

  • “Review Order” is disabled: You already have an upcoming order, or you haven’t met the minimum—add the number of items shown.
  • Didn’t get the verification email or OTP: Check spam/junk; confirm your work email; request a new message/code.

Quick checklist

(share with your team)
  • Create account → click Verify in the email → sign in.
  • From Home, tap New Order to open your menu; meet your minimum.
  • (Optional) Add via Quick Re-Order / You May Also Like—same cart.
  • Tap Review Order, pick delivery day (Tue/Fri), and Submit.
  • Track in My Orders; export if needed.
  • In Settings, set default location, notifications, and (optional) 2-Step (OTP).
