Create your account

(2–3 minutes)
  1. Open the Wholesale Login page and choose Create your account.
  2. Enter your work email, password, first/last name, and mobile.
  3. Select your Restaurant and Location from the list.
  4. Tap Create Account.

Email verification (required): We send a message to your email. Click Verify, then sign in.

2-Step Verification (OTP): Optional but recommended in Settings. You’ll enter a 6-digit code at sign-in. Use “Trust this device for 30 days” only on secure, personal work devices.

Home & starting an order

Start from the Current Order card

  • Tap New Order (or Order) on the Current Order card.
  • Browse a menu tailored to your restaurant + location.
  • Minimums: Some locations require an item minimum. You’ll see how many items remain (e.g., “Add 2 more”).

Shortcuts on Home

  • Quick Re-Order and You May Also Like both add to the same cart.
  • After meeting the minimum, tap Review Order.
  • If Review Order is disabled, you either have an upcoming order or haven’t met the minimum—the message tells you which.

Place the order

(Review/Checkout)
  1. On Review/Checkout, confirm items and quantities.
  2. Choose your delivery day (typically Tuesday or Friday).
    Scheduling
    Orders placed before cut-off go to the next available delivery day.
    Delivery days: Tuesday and Friday.
  3. Tap Submit Order. You’ll see on-screen confirmation and receive a confirmation email immediately.

After you place an order

  • Status flow: Received → In-Transit → Delivered.
  • Home’s Current Order shows your delivery date and progress.
  • Edits: Usually allowed until the business day before delivery (≈5 PM ET).
  • Emails: You’ll receive placed, updated, out-for-delivery, and delivered notifications.

My Orders

(find • filter • export)
  • Search by order # or location.
  • Filter by date range; sort newest/oldest.
  • Export CSV for spreadsheets or accounting.
  • Tap any order to open the details drawer.

Settings

(first-run checks)
  • Default Location: Choose the location you order for most often.
  • Notifications: Keep email (and SMS if available) on for confirmations and delivery updates.
  • 2-Step (OTP): Enable for a 6-digit code at sign-in (use “Trust this device” only on secure devices).
  • Sessions & Sign-Out: End other sessions from Settings if needed.

Help & common roadblocks

  • “Review Order” disabled: You already have an upcoming order or haven’t met the minimum—add what’s shown.
  • No verification email / OTP: Check spam, request a new code, and whitelist Sweetz emails.
  • Change delivery day: Edit before cut-off in Home’s order drawer.

Quick checklist

(share with your team)
  • Create account → click Verify → sign in.
  • From Home, start New Order; meet the minimum.
  • (Optional) Use Quick Re-Order / You May Also Like.
  • Tap Review Order, choose delivery day (Tue/Fri), and Submit.
  • Track in My Orders; export if needed.
  • In Settings, set default location, notifications, and optional 2-Step (OTP).
